    July 24, 2021, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Calumet County Park - Activities Building

    Come celebrate our Holiday in July weekend by participating in ornament making and site decorating! We would love to see how creative everyone can be while decorating their sites in holiday lights and decorations! Ornament making and crafts will take place on Saturday, July 24th. This activity will be take place from 9 AM to 12 PM and will be located in the Activities Building (across from the Lodge at the base of the tubing hill) at Calumet County Park. Suggested donation of $2 per person is appreciated to help cover material costs.

  2. Carolyn's Caverns Cave Tour

    July 24, 2021, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Ledge View Nature Center

    A naturalist guided walking tour - crawling and exploring is optional. Learn how caves are formed, some geological history of this area and about animals that use the caves. This is a fun, family friendly tour, 5 years and up. We will use stairs and ladders to enter the cave. Participants must bring their own flashlight and wear a mask while inside the cave.

  3. Quirky Mammals with Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, Live!

    We love all of our furry friends, even the ones that we may not typically wish to encounter in the wild. Join Jody Sperduto of Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary as she brings in a live skunk, opossum, and woodchuck! These mammals have their place, and we want to show you why they are important members of our local ecosystem. Call to pre-register, space is limited!

  4. Birdwatching Kayak Trip @ Becker's Lake

    July 25, 2021, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM @ Becker's Lake - Boat launch located at the end of Becker Lake Road, Potter, WI 54110.

    Join a naturalist for a bird watching kayak ride on Becker's Lake. Paddle around the lake, identifying various species of wetland birds while in the water! Please bring your own kayak and have a life preserver along.
